Return & Refund Policy

At Budget Appliances Store, we strive to provide quality appliances at competitive prices. Many of our products are new, open-box, scratch-and-dent, overstock, or floor model items, and some may have minor cosmetic imperfections. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our inventory, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Cosmetic issues that were disclosed before purchase
  • Improper measurements or fitment issues
  • Incompatibility with your home, cabinetry, hookups, or utilities
  • Damage caused after pickup or delivery completion
  • Improper installation or misuse

Inspection Before Purchase / Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect products before purchase or upon delivery. By accepting the item at pickup or delivery, the customer acknowledges that the appliance matches the agreed condition, including any visible cosmetic wear disclosed at the time of sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or an item with a major undisclosed issue, you must notify us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

Please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

If we determine that the item was incorrect or had a major undisclosed problem at the time of sale, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace the item
  • Exchange the item
  • Offer store credit
  • Offer a partial or full refund if appropriate

Warranty-Related Issues

If your appliance includes a 1-Year Warranty, warranty claims must be handled according to the terms of that warranty. Warranty coverage applies to functional issues only unless otherwise stated, and does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage
  • Customer-caused damage
  • Improper installation
  • Abuse, neglect, or misuse
  • Commercial use unless explicitly stated

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees, installation fees, haul-away fees, and similar service charges are generally non-refundable once the service has been scheduled or performed.

If a delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The customer is unavailable
  • Access is blocked
  • The item does not fit
  • Required hookups are not ready
  • The customer provided incorrect information

then additional delivery or rescheduling fees may apply.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before delivery or pickup is arranged, and any deposit refund will be determined at our discretion. Special orders, reserved items, and custom orders may be non-cancelable and non-refundable.
