Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Budget Appliances Store.

Delivery Area

We currently offer local delivery in the DFW / surrounding service areas unless otherwise stated. If you are outside our normal delivery zone, please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability and pricing.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Distance
  • Appliance size/type
  • Stairs or difficult access
  • Additional services requested

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Upstairs delivery
  • Tight spaces
  • Door removal
  • Installation
  • Haul-away of old appliances
  • Rescheduled deliveries

Delivery Scheduling

After your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange delivery. Delivery dates and time windows are estimates only and are subject to change due to traffic, weather, route changes, or other operational factors.

Someone 18 years or older must be present to receive the delivery.

Customer Responsibilities

Before delivery, the customer is responsible for:

  • Measuring the space for the appliance
  • Ensuring the item fits through doors, hallways, and stairways
  • Ensuring proper utility connections are available
  • Clearing the delivery path
  • Securing pets and ensuring safe access

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related issues, additional delivery or rescheduling fees may apply.

Pickup Orders

If you choose local pickup, you are responsible for:

  • Inspecting the item before leaving
  • Bringing an appropriate vehicle
  • Properly securing the item for transport

Once an item is picked up by the customer or the customer’s representative, Budget Appliances Store is not responsible for damage occurring during transport.

Installation and Haul-Away

Installation and haul-away may be available for an additional fee in select areas. These services must be requested in advance and are not guaranteed unless confirmed.

Budget Appliances Store is not responsible for:

  • Existing plumbing, electrical, gas, cabinet, flooring, or structural issues
  • Delays caused by improper or incomplete hookups
  • Any code upgrades needed at the customer’s location

Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect the item upon delivery. Any visible issue must be reported immediately or within 24 hours of delivery.

Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, road conditions, labor shortages, supplier delays, or transportation issues.
